These terms and conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of services provided by MLTX AI, a trading name of Meltworx Limited (Company No. 14131175), located at Lytchett House, Wareham Road, Lytchett Matravers, Poole, England, BH16 6FA, United Kingdom. For questions, contact us at info@mltxai.com.

1. Service Overview

MLTX AI provides AI-powered agent-as-a-service automation tools for tasks such as automated LinkedIn lead generation. These agents are fully managed after initial setup, and no ongoing user configuration is required. Service scope and features may evolve over time and are not warranties or performance guarantees.

2. Onboarding, Billing & Termination

• Onboarding is handled via email after purchase.
• All services are offered as rolling monthly subscriptions that renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• MLTX AI is a business-to-business (B2B) service designed for use by professionals, companies, and other organisations. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you are acting in a professional capacity and not as a consumer under applicable consumer protection laws. If, despite this, you are purchasing as a consumer within the European Union, you may be entitled to a 14-day right of withdrawal under EU Directive 2011/83/EU. However, by accessing or using our services immediately after purchase, you expressly request that we begin providing the service without delay and acknowledge that: Your right of withdrawal will be lost once the service has been fully performed; and If you withdraw after partial performance, we are entitled to retain a proportionate amount reflecting the value of the service already delivered. Refunds, if granted, will be issued at our discretion and in accordance with the level of service already accessed or delivered.
• Cancellation can be done at any time via email or account dashboard (if provided). Service will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle. No partial or pro-rata refunds are provided.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms or misuse of the platform.

3. Data Collection & Privacy

We collect only essential personal information: your name, company name, and email address. Billing information is securely managed by Stripe. While we use various third-party tools to deliver our service, only Stripe has access to your personal data. By using our service, you also agree to Stripe’s Privacy Policy. 4. Acceptable Use

• You agree to use our services for lawful business purposes only.
• Use of our agents must not violate any applicable laws or third-party terms (including but not limited to LinkedIn's, OpenAI's, or Serper's terms of service).
• You must not reverse-engineer, scrape, or exploit the platform or AI systems in any way.
• You may not use the platform to send unsolicited messages, harass individuals, collect data without consent, or promote hate speech, political targeting, or misinformation.
• Commercial resale, sublicensing, white-labelling, or unauthorized redistribution of any service is strictly prohibited.
• We reserve the right to suspend access or terminate accounts found in breach of these acceptable use rules.

5. Results, Uptime & Service Limits

• We do not guarantee specific results or outcomes from use of our AI agents.
• MLTX AI relies on third-party platforms (e.g., OpenAI, LinkedIn, Serper, Google, etc.), and service availability may vary. Downtime caused by these external tools is not within our control.
• No formal Service Level Agreement (SLA) is provided unless explicitly agreed in writing.
• You acknowledge that AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies and should be independently verified when used in business decisions.

6. Ownership & Intellectual Property

• The output generated by your subscribed agents belongs to you, the customer, and may be used in your business operations.
• All underlying systems, automations, templates, prompts, and agent logic are proprietary intellectual property of Meltworx Limited.
• We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the services for internal business use only. You may not repurpose, copy, or resell our agents or systems.

7. Support Availability

Support is primarily provided via email. We aim to respond to inquiries within 48 hours, Monday to Friday (excluding UK public holidays). No live or guaranteed support is offered unless stated in your subscription plan.

8. Limitation of Liability

• To the fullest extent permitted by law, MLTX AI shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service.
• This includes but is not limited to platform bans, delivery failures, AI inaccuracies, lost profits, or downtime caused by third-party tools.
• Your sole remedy in case of dissatisfaction is to cancel your subscription.
• Total liability shall be limited to the total fees paid by you for the service in the previous 30 days.

9. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless MLTX AI (Meltworx Limited) and its officers, directors, and employees from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the services, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of third-party rights.

10. Legal Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. All disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

11. Modifications to Terms

MLTX AI reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of material changes via email or dashboard. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you may terminate your subscription within 14 days of notice.

12. Force Majeure

We are not liable for any delay or failure in performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, acts of government, civil unrest, internet outages, or failures of third-party platforms or services.
